Challenge: How do we take the customer experience to the next level and increase sales?
For this project, we were tasked with creating a Marketing Communication Strategy for CH Wine Club Members. Our goal was to increase sales by 9.6%.

Challenge: Drive affinity for environmentalism
Focused on Patagonia's Northstar to create a campaign that would provide consumers a platform to advocate for environmental policies - boosting our business and saving planet earth.

Challenge: Use Hasbro's financial data to tell the story of the company's financial health and future.
For this project, we were tasked with working with Hasbro's financials to evaluate the company's health. We researched their finances, products, company culture and competitors to tell the story of where Hasbro is today and where see them going in the future.

Challenge: Should ACE Hardware include a new product line to their small chain?
The owner of a small hardware store franchise saw 22% YoY growth by adding live plants, which is far greater than the <10% growth for our entire hardware store chain.
We would like to know whether this growth is something we could replicate across our 500 stores.
